OFAC Restrictions

Compliance with US Department of Treasury rules and regulations

We take national security seriously, understanding the role that the financial industry plays on keeping us all safe.

As U.S. corporations, All companies in the Crediterium group and its US subsidiaries (collectively “Us”, “We” or similar term) complies with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Asset Control (“OFAC”) that prohibit U.S. institutions from doing business in certain countries and with certain individuals and entities.

We are unable to provide services to individuals who live in countries subject to certain sanctions. If you reside in Cuba, North Korea, Syria or the Crimea region of Ukraine, We cannot conduct business with you.

We also cannot do business with individuals or employees of entities included on the Specially Designated Nationals (“SDN”) list, regardless of their location. We advise potential candidates employed outside of the United States to check the OFAC list for their employer’s name before registering for one of Our programs. If you attempt to register for a program despite U.S. sanctions that prohibit Us from doing business with you, we are legally required to cancel your registration and we cannot refund your payment. See the OFAC website for details and updates on current sanctions programs.
